What is needed to setup a business in Ireland? I’m american and I run my own article writing service of which I and a friend do all of the work. Is it possible to set up a business in Ireland and live there past a 90 day visa if all documentation is done? We earn about ,000 USD a year doing it.

To set up a business in Ireland you have to get "Business Permission".
To get Business Permission you have to show
- you have €300,000 of your own money to invest in the business
- you will create jobs for at least 2 Irish/EEA citizens
- its a viable business
- it will add to the commercial activity of the state
Initially you get permission for a year, if the business is successful you can extend it.
